Christmas Race and Dinner

Our very popular Christmas race will again be held at Swan Reach this year
Registration: 11am at the Blanchetown boat ramp, past the caravan park, behind the oval. The finish is at
Briefing: 11:30am
First start: 12:00 noon
The distance is 29km, and PFDÕs must be worn. Sufficient water must be carried, minimum of 1 litre per paddler, particularly important at this time of year.
The Legendary Sands of Time Trophy
Arguably Australian Canoeing's most sought after trophy, "The Sands of Time", will again be contested. Leave your watch at home and be the closest to estimate your actual race time to win.
After the race join us for Dinner at the Swan Reach Hotel. The hotel always welcomes the club. To enable us to plan this event we need to know an approximate number of participants. Please let us know if you are coming and if you will be joining us for the dinner.
