The Marathon Canoe Club in South Australia has joined the Y generation and has started up their own Facebook page.
Facebook has become a social phenomena in recent years with capabilities for photo loading, diary management, event notification and communication. Following on from the successful Marathon Canoeing e-News the Marathon Canoe Club of SA hopes to use facebook to assist further with communication of marathon paddling events in South australia and sharing marathon canoe news and photos.
If you are a facebbok user simply log on to your facebbok account, then do a friend search for Marathon Canoeing and you might be surprised to find a photo of yourself bob up on the site.
And while you are there you might as well do a search for Marathon Kayaking Victoria as they have now joined the facebook craze as well.
