Late News – Twilight Race Cancelled.
The Marathon Canoe Club Twilight Race scheduled for February 2nd has been cancelled.
This race, the first in the series of twilight races, was to have been held at Holdfast Bay Canoe Club on the Patawalonga at Glenelg.
In recognition of the tragic death on Saturday of Holdfast paddler Jock McLean who suffered a brain haemmorage while paddling, it was decided that this race should be cancelled.
The next race in this series will be 6.30pm on the 23rd February at Onkaparinga Canoe Club.
