Riverland Mini-marathon

Inaugural Mini-Marathon

The Marathon Canoe Club of South Australia is very proud to present the inaugural 3 day Mini-marathon as part of the Riverland paddling Marathon.

In 2008 the MCC-SA held a one day Mini-marathon on day one of the RPM from New Residence to Moorook. It was well supported and quite obviously provided novice paddlers with an opportunty to particpate in the event at a level commensurate with experience and capability.

This year the MCC-SA are very proud to launch the first 3 day Mini-marathon at this year’s RPM.

The Mini-marathon is designed to provide flexibility and encourage participation in the recreation of paddling. Participants can choose to paddle any of the 3 days individually or alternatively just choose to paddle a all three days. You can paddle as a single, a double or even in a 4 if you can find the right craft.
